Welcome to ensô transformative UG (haftungsbeschränkt). By accessing this website, booking services, attending events, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Coaching Booking & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions, Human Design coaching sessions, consultations, facilitation engagements, and advisory calls are sold as final sales.

Refunds

No refunds are provided once a booking has been confirmed.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a missed session.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship physical products worldwide except to the United States of America.

Shipping availability may change without notice.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customers are solely responsible for:

  • Customs declarations

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Regulatory compliance

ensô transformative UG is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by destination countries.

Returns Policy

Consumers located within the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Requirements

Returned products must:

  • Be returned within the applicable withdrawal period

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Not show excessive use or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, Human Design materials, coaching content, reports, graphics, downloads, videos, written content, workshop materials, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of ensô transformative UG unless otherwise stated.

Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Copy proprietary materials

  • Resell services

  • Reproduce training content

  • Redistribute paid materials

  • Misrepresent their relationship with the company

  • Use content for unlawful purposes

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ensô transformative UG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website, products, services, coaching engagements, workshops, retreats, or educational materials.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
